These terms cover your use of Moonlit Guide, a free guide to gatherings, shops, and practitioners around the Puget Sound. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Everything here is for general information. Dates, times, prices, hours, and offerings change, and we can't check every detail every day. Please confirm with the host or business before you go.
Not an endorsement
A listing, a feature, or a sponsorship isn't an endorsement or a recommendation of any event, business, practitioner, product, or service.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Readings, energy work, sound baths, and other healing services aren't a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you have a health concern, talk to your doctor or another qualified professional. In an emergency, call 911.
Events and services are run by others
The events, shops, and services listed here are run by third parties, who are responsible for them, including safety, accessibility, refunds, and anything they sell. Any booking or payment is between you and them. Please attend at your own discretion.
Links to other sites
We link to hosts, venues, tickets, and businesses so you can find out more. Those sites aren't under our control, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Sponsored spots
Paid spots are always labeled “Sponsored”. Listings are free, and sponsorship never changes which events, shops, and practitioners we list.
What you send us
When you submit an event, a listing, a correction, or an inquiry, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it, including any text, images, or links. We may edit what you send for length, clarity, and style, or decline to publish it.
No warranties
We work hard to keep the guide accurate, but the site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will always be complete, current, error-free, or available.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Moonlit Guide isn't liable for any loss, injury, or damage that comes from using the site or from any event, business, product, or service listed on it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date below. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
